Tips To Study for longer hours & Smart :
- Keep your study room light ed because more and more light in your eye will prevent you from sleeping.
- Don't keep any other subjects book on your study table because it will distract you from from your studies if you are studying biology and chemistry book is kept on your table you will start about particular topic in that subject which you find difficult and you will lose your precious time.
- While reading any chapter try to make notes which will help for last minute revision .
- Always make crisp notes i.e. short notes.
- Sit on chair, not on bed.
- Keep your back straight.
- Avoid Heavy meals before study because to digest that food all your oxygen will be used and you will feel sleepy.
- Keep your study room well ventilated because if your room doesn't have proper supply of oxygen then it will lead sleep.
- Eat green leafy vegetable more and more.
- Drink lots of water because water molecules contains kinetic energy, in liquid and gaseous form they are in random motion i.e. possess kinetic energy and that kinetic energy will transfer to your body and you will feel and be energetic.
- Always take heavy breakfast and light dinner.
- Follow "Early to bed, Early To rise" funda.
- Always write while learning because it will keep you awake and you will be memorising it twice.
- Read aloud while learning because while reading aloud you will hear it also and it will store in your brain for longer time.
- Read hard topic in morning because in night in our body a hormone is secreted which make us to sleep and reduces our productivity.
